Role:

  • Receiving inbound calls from field operatives.
  • Addressing engineer personal issues, pay queries, and general wellbeing.
  • Investigating and escalating queries to the relevant management team.
  • Providing timely feedback and ensuring resolution of issues.
  • Conducting outbound calls for wellbeing checks and monitoring the engineer journey.

Admin experience preferred, but not essential.
