Coblands Landscapes Ltd is a trusted name in the commercial landscaping industry with over 50 years of experience. Based in Tunbridge Wells, we deliver high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance services across London and the South East.

We currently require Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work supporting our grounds maintenance operations teams covering London and the South East.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying out a variety of horticultural tasks including:
  • Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride on mowers.
  • Strimming.
  • Shrub bed maintenance.
  • Hedge cutting.
  • Leaf blowing.
  • General site tidying and upkeep.
  • Work across various commercial and construction sites as required.

Experience required:

  • Must have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role with an attention to detail.
  • Health & Safety regulation knowledge.
  • NVQ or equivalent in horticulture is a distinct advantage.
  • Pesticide qualifications PA1 & PA6 are desirable.
  • A CSCS card is desirable.
  • Full Clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
