Join our enthusiastic team throughout the school holiday periods (Easter, Summer & Winter) at Cobham Rugby Club. The Multi‑Sport and Creative Activities course runs during the Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education. A Lead Coach will lead the holiday camp and coach planned activities to children aged 5‑16 years, with assistance from onsite assistant coaches. Activities follow a planned daily structure provided in advance of the holiday programme start date.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching planned activities to children aged 5‑16 years old, through Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity.
  • Ensuring timely arrival to the site (15 minutes in advance).
  • Completing registers in a timely manner.
  • Safeguarding the children (training provided).
  • Supervising all children at all times (activities, breaks & lunch).
  • Providing a review to the Regional Lead following each day.
  • Maintaining a professional approach, being punctual, organised, and setting high expectations for children attending.
  • Promoting an ethos of inclusion and adaptability.
  • Promoting the club values of BeYou, BeKind & BeGreat.
