My client is looking for a customer services administrator to deal with all customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, including receiving incoming calls, taking telephone orders, promoting new products, and encouraging repeat orders.
Duties to include:
- Prepare customer daily sales orders ready for dispatch by the warehouse team, ensuring products, pricing, and credit terms are correct.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Liaise with new and existing customers regarding their queries, placing orders, etc.
- Liaise with the Customer Services Manager regarding customer orders, queries, and warehouse-related queries.
- Liaise with the Finance Manager regarding more complex financial queries.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role required.
- Vocational qualification in customer services is desirable.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience of Sage accounts package desirable but not essential.
