Qualifications
- To be a Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- To have a knowledge and experience of working at a supervisory level, providing evidence of leadership qualities
- Evidence of high level of commitment to professional development, training and education
- Experience of assessing risk and care planning. Mentoring and supporting care staff
- Ability to provide quality care.
- Ability to make decisions both clinical and professional evidencing knowledge of Nursing Midwifery Council guidelines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Evidence of commitment to personal development, training and education
