A British American multinational consulting firm is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely payments are made according to the specified terms. In this role, you will communicate with clients, resolve debt-related issues, and work with the team to improve our collections process. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to engage effectively with our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients regarding outstanding debts using various communication channels, mainly phone and email.
- Make informed decisions on the next steps for each client based on established processes, case history, and judgment.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the Oracle Advanced Collections system.
- Investigate and resolve instances of unallocated cash.
- Negotiate payment solutions and address client concerns, issues, and complaints effectively.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain long-term goodwill.
Qualifications:
- Collection experience in BPO or multinational companies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills (phone, email).
- Experience in stakeholder, account, and portfolio management.
- B2B collections experience is a plus!
