This role is a member of the UK Production Team. The purpose of the team is to provide support to the Production Department through movement of birds together with the mucking out, cleaning, and sanitizing of Poultry Houses.
Responsibilities
- The Mobile Team is made up of two teams – the Wash Team and the Service Team – and team members are expected to assist each other where necessary.
- Both teams are responsible to the Mobile Team's Manager and are based in the Production division.
- This role is within the Wash Team, which is made up of 8 team members reporting to the Team Lead.
Main Responsibilities Of The Wash Team
- Mucking out of farm buildings
- Cleaning and sanitizing farm buildings to a high standard
- Adhering to all company Health and Safety rules and procedures
- Assisting with bird moves on occasion
Additional Responsibilities And Projects
- Observing all hygiene rules, including personal hygiene, hand washing, and wearing all protective clothing
- Strictly adhering to all bio-security rules
- Adhering to all farm Health and Safety rules and procedures
- Any other reasonable requests by the Team Lead

We offer a competitive salary of £29k, inclusive of benefits, bonuses, Private Health Care cover, generous pension, and Christmas gifts.
