Cobb is seeking a Team Leader to support the Facility Manager with supervision of people, equipment and processes on a poultry facility, delivering high quality stockmanship and driving positive behaviours.

You will lead a team to meet farm KPIs, uphold biosecurity and welfare standards, ensure safety and PPE compliance, coordinate flock management and feed changes, and drive continuous improvement through training and coaching of staff.
