Finance Business Partner | Outskirts of Maidstone | Paying £45k - £50k DOE
Are you an analytical, forward thinking finance professional looking to play a key role in driving performance and supporting strategic decision making? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client's successful finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts with clear and insightful commentary.
- Deliver regular forecasts and collaborate with managers to develop and challenge assumptions.
- Prepare detailed annual budgets for designated areas of the organisation.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and year end processes.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support operational decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends, communicating these clearly across teams.
- Prepare financial evaluations for internal projects
- Support development of pricing models and analysis of cost and margin movements.
The Ideal Candidate
- This role would suit someone part qualified (ACCA/CIMA), or with equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using financial or reporting systems.
- Excellent communicator, able to explain financial information to both finance and non finance audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- High attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
