We are working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in month-end reporting, management accounts, and business partnering, while contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end accounting processes, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare variance analysis and departmental reporting to support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain forecasts, including ownership of a sales forecast model
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight into spend patterns and trends
  • Support year-end close activities
  • Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Produce ad hoc analysis and financial models to support strategic and operational projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

About You

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified (qualified or QBE candidates also considered)
  • Experience producing management accounts within a commercial environment
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a strong team ethos
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable
