We are working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in month-end reporting, management accounts, and business partnering, while contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end accounting processes, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare variance analysis and departmental reporting to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain forecasts, including ownership of a sales forecast model
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight into spend patterns and trends
- Support year-end close activities
- Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
- Produce ad hoc analysis and financial models to support strategic and operational projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified (qualified or QBE candidates also considered)
- Experience producing management accounts within a commercial environment
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a strong team ethos
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable
