A fast paced, dynamic organisation who have experienced rapid growth since they were established less than 10 years ago, requires a Finance Manager to join their small finance team and to manage a couple of transactional accounts members. Due to the pace of this business and the growth journey they are on, you will need to be an individual who can operate at pace and adapt as the business evolves. You will have strong finance knowledge and ideally have experience of consolidations.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for playing a key role in enhancing the finance operation whilst guiding and supervising overseas teams responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations. The Finance Manager will also ensure that accurate and timely financial reports are distributed to the business, while supporting the Head of Finance in crafting strategic insights for senior management to help realise the Group's vision. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities:- All aspects of management accounts preparation
- FP&A
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Cashflow reporting
- Treasury management
- Overseeing payroll in collaboration with an outsourced provider
- Ad hoc projects
A Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA is desired and you will need to possess strong Excel skills. You will also be required to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
