Part Time Finance Manager | East Kent | Paying £42k - £44k FTE (pro rata, 3 days per week) Hours for this role: 3 days per week, office based (Full time salary is based on a 37-hour full-time week) The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the organisation's financial management and reporting functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, external auditors, funders, and other stakeholders to ensure the organisation maintains strong financial governance and achieves its objectives.

Key

Responsibilities: Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Ensure Quick Books accounting system files are accurately maintained on a full accruals basis.

Take the lead on the annual budgeting process Maintain accurate financial records and ensure effective financial controls.

Lead year-end processes, audit preparation and statutory reporting.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

Support funding applications, grant reporting and financial returns.
