A fast-growing, highly respected organisation is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to operate in a true finance business partnering capacity, working closely with operational and procurement stakeholders to deliver insight, challenge and improved decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a finance business partner to internal teams, providing insight and constructive challenge
  • Ownership of dashboards, delivering monthly variance analysis with clear commentary and actions
  • Developing and improving reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and business relevance
  • Supporting weekly and monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Managing cost forecasts, including 3-month and full-year projections
  • Playing a key role in budgets, reforecasts and year-end activities
  • Supporting pricing and cost increase recommendations with robust assumptions
  • Contributing to cross-functional reporting and finance improvement projects
  • Supporting the development of reporting tools, including Power BI
  • Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with company policies
