An established and growing organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving insight, value creation, and continuous improvement across the business. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to a senior finance leader, with responsibility for translating complex financial data into clear, commercial insight to support decision-making at all levels. Please note the position is office based but there is flexibility around working hours that is a great bonus!
Responsibilities
- Delivering accurate, timely management information, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Owning and improving financial processes relating to projects, work in progress, and investment
- Supporting month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Analysing variances and trends, and clearly communicating insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and business initiatives
- Supporting strong financial control, compliance, and audit processes
About You
- CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, or working towards a qualification
- Strong financial analysis and reporting expertise
- High commercial acumen and a curious, hands-on approach
- The confidence to challenge constructively
