We are currently partnering with a well-established, market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across a multi-site environment. You will act as a true business partner to operational teams, providing insight, challenge, and analytical support to drive performance and profitability. This role is one day a week in the office with 4 days working from home with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyse weekly and monthly financial reports to drive performance insights
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis
  • Develop weekly flash reports and monthly forecasts for costs and volumes
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring robust cost control
  • Partner with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Act as a key finance contact for stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Support audits and provide documentation for financial governance processes
  • Contribute to business cases and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and finance-led initiatives

About You

  • The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
