A leading international business is currently recruiting for an experienced Rewards Analyst in a newly created role due to business growth. This role is an integral part of the People team, and supports the Head of Reward, in the profiling, management and reporting of benefits across the Group as it implements their new total reward strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR with 3 years+ of reward experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in reward. The business has an excellent reputation in its industry and pride itself on its excellent employee benefit offering. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical abilities and a drive to help shape and implement pay strategies. The main focus for this new role will be on – job evaluation, pay analysis and benchmarking. Key Responsibilities – Working with the team in the development of a new pay and total reward strategy. Assist with job evaluation, evaluating new and existing roles for appropriate job families, levels and salary ranges. Assist with analysis of external market data to benchmark roles to ensure compensation packages remain competitive. Supporting in the successful delivery of the annual salary and promotion reviews. Conduct analysis during the annual salary review to guide compensation decisions. Analysis of compensation data to create formal reports for the team and key stakeholders.
