Interim HR Advisor | Medway | £35k – £37k Our client, a successful, well-established international business in Mid Kent, are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 month maternity cover. Reporting into the HR Director, and working within the HR team, this role will work closely with the wider business providing support for employee relations. The successful candidate will be able to work from their Medway-based office 5 x days a week. Responsibilities will include: Provide advice and guidance to employees, team leaders and managers on a wide range of HR issues. Provide coaching and education, supporting business areas on HR related matters, building relationships with employees and key stakeholders.
