This is a newly created, client-side role combining technical services with broader facilities management, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering or technical FM foundation to move into a genuine Total FM position. You'll have significant autonomy across two boutique assets, taking ownership of building performance and occupier experience while developing within a highly regarded commercial property business. The primary building is a multi-occupied, office-led asset with retail and flexible workspace, where you'll oversee both hard and soft services. A second nearby property operates through an established TFM provider, with your focus more on contractor and performance oversight.
