Due to continued growth, we’re looking to appoint a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship London assets, whilst line‑managing a team of FM’s across the portfolio.

The Role

As Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the operational performance of a prestigious site, ensuring an exceptional experience for occupiers and visitors alike.

You’ll lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers, driving high standards across hard and soft services while building strong relationships with stakeholders and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Facilities Managers.
  • Take full operational responsibility for a flagship, high‑profile asset.
  • Manage all hard and soft FM services to ensure best‑in‑class service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, stakeholders and contractors.
  • Drive compliance, health & safety and statutory obligations across the site.
  • Manage service partner performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
  • Oversee budgets, service charge expenditure and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Facilities Manager or Facilities Manager within commercial property.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft services, compliance and health & safety.
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous.
