We are currently partnering with a leading name within the property industry who are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their established team based out of their prestigious West End office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional building management services, ensuring high standards across health & safety, contractor management, and occupier experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Facilities Managers and Building Managers across a commercial property portfolio
- Assisting with the management of hard and soft service contractors
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service delivery standards are met
- Supporting compliance processes and health & safety administration
- Assisting with site inspections, audits, and risk management procedures
- Managing reactive maintenance requests and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting tenant engagement and delivering a high level of customer service
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Understanding of health & safety and contractor management processes
- Keen interest in developing a long-term career within the property sector
- Proactive, personable, and highly organised approach
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced professional environment
