This is a senior technology leadership opportunity with a broad remit across enterprise applications, end-user operations, infrastructure and the implementation of AI.

The Role And Responsibilities
As Senior IT Manager / IT Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across application services, end-user support and London-based corporate IT network and systems resources.
The role combines technology leadership with oversight of service delivery, projects and infrastructure. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team responsible for Entrata application services, covering availability, performance, upgrades, incidents and vendor relationships.
- Leading end-user operations and ensuring IT issues are resolved effectively while improving the overall user experience.
- Identifying and overseeing opportunities for AI implementation that can improve technology services and business operations.
- Providing oversight of London-based network, server, storage and security resources.
- Leading technology projects and coordinating teams and stakeholders through delivery.
- Establishing appropriate SLAs and KPIs and using these to drive continuous improvement.
- Working with business stakeholders to ensure technology capabilities support operational requirements.
- Supporting IT governance, cybersecurity, audits and risk assessments while acting as a senior escalation point for technology issues.
