The role
As General Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the development, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong commercial performance and a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary onsite team of approximately six employees.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations across leasing, resident services, property management and facilities functions.
- Driving resident satisfaction and maintaining high service standards throughout the development.
- Managing operational budgets and monitoring financial performance against agreed targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
