The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving asset performance, implementing business plans and identifying value‑enhancing opportunities across the portfolio. This is a broad, strategic role offering exposure to leasing, stakeholder management, development initiatives and long‑term asset strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset‑level business plans
- Drive leasing strategies and negotiate key commercial agreements
- Monitor and report on asset performance, identifying opportunities to maximise returns
- Collaborate with development, leasing, finance, legal and operations teams
- Build strong relationships with joint venture partners, occupiers and external stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve portfolio performance
- Support valuations, appraisals and investment decisions
- Mentor junior members of the asset management team
About You
- Significant experience in Retail Asset Management
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver value‑add initiatives
- Excellent analytical and financial skills
