Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist – Executive Search
Hybrid | 6-month FTC | Start ASAP
Cobalt Search is a specialist executive search firm working across the US & Canada to deliver high impact leadership hires. We believe EI matters as much as expertise, because the right hire strengthens teams and drives results. Our growth has come entirely through referrals, reflecting how we work: we listen carefully, understand each client’s world, and stay close throughout the search.
We are currently seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a highly client facing delivery role, there is no requirement for business development. To be successful you will be an experienced 360 recruiter with a strong understanding of leadership level professional roles.
Responsibilities:- Proactively resource to deliver outstanding candidates against client specifications
- Assess candidates effectively from a technical and cultural perspective, through competency style interviewing
- Manage client relationships
- Manage candidates through the pipeline, ensuring full feedback is provided at all stages and that candidates are fully briefed and ‘ready’ for client interviews
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role, either agency or in-house, ideally recruiting internationally
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with talking to candidates at all levels with the ability to represent Cobalt and our clients in a professional manner
- Highly competent in assessing and conducting candidate interviews
- Passionate about recruitment, with a focus on candidate experience
Location: This role is offered from a hybrid perspective, with 2 days per week in our offices in OX12. Please note because our clients are primarily US and Canada, there may be a need to do occasional hours outside the usual core office hours.
