We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a new-build community/leisure centre project in Ellesmere Port.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.Experience required:* Strong Site Management experience on new-build projects* Groundworks and substructure* Steel frame construction* Cladding/external envelope* Managing subcontractors and site logistics* Maintaining health & safety, quality and programme requirements* Good IT skills and confident using site management/reporting systemsEssential qualifications:* SMSTS* CSCS* First AidThis is a 43-week contract, starting 19th October, offering a good length of work for an experienced Site Manager with a strong new-build background.If you're interested and available, please apply with your latest CV or get in touch
