A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planner or Senior Planner to join a growing planning team delivering major Strategic Land, regeneration and mixed-use developments across the UK.
This role is ideal for a Planner with 2-3 years' experience looking to step up, or a Senior Planner seeking greater responsibility and exposure to high-profile projects.
The Role Lead and support Strategic Land, urban extension, regeneration and employment projects.
Manage planning applications, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
Work alongside experienced planning professionals on complex, nationally significant schemes.
About You Experience in consultancy, development, local authority or a similar planning environment.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
