Property Manager - Associate Director | Telford
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of 97 residential properties in Telford.
Cobalt is working with an established property consultancy looking to appoint at Associate Director level. This position offers the opportunity to manage a defined portfolio while taking a senior role in client relationships, estate strategy and the development of the wider property management service.
Our client is an established property consultancy advising a broad range of property owners across residential portfolios and estates.
The Property Manager will work alongside property managers, administrators and specialists from across the wider business.
As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 97 residential properties and act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors.
Building relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
- Carrying out property inspections and managing repair schedules and contractor instructions.
- Managing tenancies and lettings, including advising on market values and letting options.
- Managing estate budgets and cashflows.
- Advising clients on relevant legislative and policy changes and incorporating these into estate strategy.
- Supporting the management and development of other property managers.
To be considered for this Property Manager opportunity, you will need:
- Strong working knowledge of residential property and portfolio management.
- Working knowledge of residential tenancies, lettings, rent reviews and property inspections.
- Experience managing client, tenant and contractor relationships.
- Working knowledge of property budgets, cashflows and rent arrears.
- This is an opportunity for a qualified Property Manager to take ownership of an established residential portfolio while contributing to the development of the wider service.
