The role and responsibilities
- As a Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a residential and mixed-use portfolio, ensuring assets are managed in line with lease obligations and best practice.
- Manage a defined portfolio, ensuring compliance with lease terms and relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate any required maintenance works.
- Oversee contractors and service level agreements to ensure quality and value are delivered.
