We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an education refurbishment and M E project in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering refurbishment and mechanical electrical projects safely, on programme, and to a high standard within live educational environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and M E trades.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
- Liaise with the client, design team, and Contracts Manager.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain accurate site records.
- Manage deliveries, logistics, and programme compliance.
