The Resident Services Leasing Associate plays a pivotal role in both customer service and leasing activity, ensuring homes are let efficiently while maintaining a strong resident experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the organisation’s customer service standards.
  • Conducting viewings and supporting prospective residents through the lettings journey.
  • Managing inbound leads and customer communication using Salesforce.
  • Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure homes are ready for letting.
  • Commencing the leasing journey, including Right to Rent checks and references.
  • Providing feedback to internal stakeholders based on customer insights.
  • Managing amenity bookings, resident enquiries, and day-to-day front-of-house activity.
  • Supporting income management, tenancy processes, and resident engagement.
  • Handling complaints professionally and to resolution.
  • Preparing shift handovers and managing keys, parcels, and visitor logs.

The Resident Services Leasing Associate role balances commercial awareness with service delivery.

The skills needed:

  • Working knowledge of leasing within residential, hospitality, or travel-led environments.
  • Previous experience supporting lettings or leasing activity.
