The role
As a Resident Services Associate, you'll be the face of the community, creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and contractors while ensuring the day-to-day operation of the building runs smoothly.
Working as part of a collaborative onsite team, you'll build lasting relationships with residents and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing a professional front of house and reception service.
- Supporting residents throughout their tenancy, from move-in to move-out.
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with care and professionalism.
- Coordinating parcel management, resident amenities and building bookings.
- Supporting lettings activity and property inspections.
- Liaising with contractors and internal teams to maintain excellent building standards.
- Assisting with resident events that encourage engagement and community spirit.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational reporting.
