Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential property outcomes? We’re seeking a confident and proactive professional to lead and coordinate residential projects from inception through to delivery. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to consistently deliver against quality, cost, time and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential projects from planning and design through to completion, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, budgets and programme schedules.
- Manage procurement processes and support contractor tendering, evaluation and appointment.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory, health & safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project performance, driving continuous improvement and resolving issues proactively.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to shape project delivery and customer experience.
- Champion best practice in project management, including governance, documentation and project controls.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential development or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction delivery, building standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
- Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Professional qualification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable.
