Known for delivering strategic estate planning, transformation programmes and major capital investment advice, the business is continuing to grow its specialist advisory team and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate Director.
The Opportunity
This is a senior strategic advisory position where you'll lead the delivery of estate strategies, business cases and transformation programmes for clients across the Health and Life Sciences sector. Alongside delivering high-quality advisory work, you'll play a key role in growing the business, developing client relationships and winning new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of estate strategies, portfolio planning studies and strategic advisory commissions
- Develop business cases, investment strategies and long-term estate plans
- Build and manage senior client relationships across public and private sector organisations
- Lead workshops and present strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
- Support business development activities, including bids, proposals and winning new work
- Mentor and develop junior consultants within the team
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex advisory projects
About You
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in estate strategy, strategic property consultancy or estates planning
- A proven ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships
- Experience winning work, generating new business and contributing to business growth (particularly important for Associate Director candidates)
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Chartered status (or equivalent experience) within a built environment discipline is desirable
