Join a lean London-based developer where you will stay close to the detail and help deliver projects from early concept through to completion. Our client is looking for a delivery-focused Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to support a varied pipeline across PBSA, co-living, residential and commercial assets. The current focus is PBSA, with co-living growing and residential expected to return as market conditions shift. This is a chance to work across a broad, niche platform rather than a single-asset-class developer. This developer is a London-based property developer with a broad range of activity across living and commercial sectors. The team is lean, experienced and hands-on, offering close exposure to senior decision-makers and the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development projects from acquisition support and planning through design, delivery and handover.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to keep programmes moving.
- Support appraisals, feasibility work, budgets and reporting across a mixed pipeline.
- Take ownership of delivery detail while contributing to wider development strategy.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in development management across PBSA, BTR, co-living, residential or mixed-use schemes.
- Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
- Track record working closely with consultants, contractors and project teams on live schemes.
