Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a leading managing agent in their search for a Building Manager to oversee a premium office building in the City of London, comprising circa 120,000 sq. ft. of Grade A space. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven FM professional to take ownership of a high-quality asset and deliver an exceptional occupier experience.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the operational success of the building, ensuring it remains a first-class workplace environment for its occupiers. You will be the central point of contact for tenants, service partners, and stakeholders, driving high standards across all aspects of building management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all day-to-day building operations, ensuring compliance and safety across the property.
  • Managing contractors and service providers to deliver a seamless FM service.
