A specialist European Hotel investment management firm is hiring an Analyst/Associate to join its growing team, supporting both the Asset Management (primary) and Investment Management teams. This is an excellent position for someone highly analytical who enjoys working across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to real-time commercial decision making. The role will report directly into a Vice President, offering strong exposure and a steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have strong quantitative skills, but also communicate and collaborate well internally. A hospitality degree and relevant hotel experience in a prior role is also very useful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models supporting hotel investments and asset management initiatives
  • Support internal forecasting and budgeting processes, including P&L modelling and variance analysis
  • Produce ad hoc analysis across investment and asset management teams (performance tracking, KPI analysis, scenario modelling)
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal reporting and senior stakeholder meetings
  • Support market research and trading performance analysis across hotel portfolios
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams, acting as a reliable analytical resource
  • Help streamline reporting tools and improve internal modelling frameworks
Candidate Profile
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Hospitality educational background or prior experience in hotels is very useful
  • Comfortable with Excel models and handling large data sets
  • Speaking multiple languages is highly advantageous
  • Confident communication skills working across multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment
  • Strong Excel skills essential (PowerPoint a plus)
  • Interest in hospitality, real estate, or private markets preferred
