We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing residential developer on a small new build scheme in South East Oxford. The project consists of 8 residential units including townhouses and flats. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential new build experience looking to take ownership of a smaller site and work closely with the wider project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and health safety
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
  • Managing snagging and supporting handover processes
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the client team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within residential new build
  • Site Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager background considered
  • Experience on housing and/or apartment schemes preferred
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to site management

The site team will be relatively small, making this role well suited to someone looking for a more hands-on environment with genuine responsibility. The client is interviewing immediately and looking to appoint quickly.
