We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing residential developer on a small new build scheme in South East Oxford. The project consists of 8 residential units including townhouses and flats. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential new build experience looking to take ownership of a smaller site and work closely with the wider project team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Maintaining high standards of quality and health safety
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
- Managing snagging and supporting handover processes
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the client team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential new build
- Site Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager background considered
- Experience on housing and/or apartment schemes preferred
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach to site management
