Overview
As an MRTPI Planner in a relationship-led planning consultancy, you will own live instructions and actively contribute to the firm’s growth. You will manage a diverse portfolio—residential, commercial, regeneration, employment, and strategic development—leading applications and pre-application work. You’ll advise clients on planning strategy, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive projects through determination. The commercial side involves building on sector networks, converting contacts into instructions, and supporting tenders and business development. Responsibilities
- Lead planning applications and pre-application work
