Senior Surveyor to Associate Director – Occupier Services

Our client is a leading player in the commercial real estate sector, delivering strategic solutions to occupiers, investors, and developers across the UK and internationally. They are currently seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to oversee a varied retail portfolio for one of their key clients. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual looking to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlord and tenant liaison, ensuring obligations under lease agreements are upheld and disputes resolved effectively
  • Manage and oversee sublet estates, neighbouring party issues, and third-party service coordination
  • Coordinate input from specialist service partners, reviewing their reports and ensuring quality assurance
  • Lead on performance monitoring of contractors and service providers across the property portfolio
