The business combines commercial acumen with design-led thinking, supporting clients through every stage of the development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility to delivery and completion.
This is a client-side Senior Project Manager position overseeing the delivery of complex, design-focused developments. The role will see you:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
- Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams to ensure design quality, cost control, and programme delivery.
- Oversee procurement and contract administration, typically under JCT forms.
- Report directly to directors and take ownership of multiple concurrent schemes.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and design teams, ensuring projects are commercially viable and beautifully delivered.
