Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner (Asta) to join their planning team, supporting the delivery of one of the Channel Islands' largest and most high-profile healthcare developments. The successful candidate will play a key role on the new Overdale Acute Hospital project in Jersey - a landmark £700m+ healthcare scheme being delivered as part of the Government of Jersey's New Healthcare Facilities Programme.

The development will provide a state-of-the-art acute hospital facility spanning approximately 47,500m², incorporating a new Emergency Department, operating theatres, inpatient and critical care beds, alongside a dedicated Women's and Children's Centre. This is a rare opportunity to become involved in a technically complex, major healthcare project from its early delivery stages, working alongside multidisciplinary teams on a scheme that will have a lasting impact on the island's healthcare infrastructure for generations to come.

Job Purpose and Scope

You will be responsible for updating and monitoring a fully integrated programme, including implementing and managing change throughout the lifecycle of the project. The role requires a Senior Planner who is methodical, proactive and data-driven.
