Backed by significant institutional capital, the business is scaling quickly and offers exposure across the full life cycle of real estate investment and asset management.
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team where you’ll play a key role in driving asset performance and value creation across a dynamic portfolio. The role offers broad exposure across operational and development assets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute asset-level business plans and identify value-add opportunities
- Analyse leasing, pricing, and operational performance against KPIs
- Drive improvements in NOI, occupancy, and rental growth
- Produce investor reporting and performance analysis
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners
- Support ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into strategy
About You:
- ~2–4+ years’ experience in asset management, investment, or similar
- Strong financial and analytical skills (advanced Excel essential)
- Experience producing high-quality reporting and analysis
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, value-driven approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Experience in residential, BTR, or operational real estate preferred
