Our client, one of the most prestigious real estate developers and owners in the UK, is seeking a knowledgeable and highly skilled Residential Manager to join their in-house team on a 12-month FTC. This role will involve overseeing part of an extensive mixed-asset portfolio, with a focus on both block management and AST property management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing processes associated with property management functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and management of buildings, communal areas, and tenancy schedules.
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, and external agents regarding maintenance, major works, and refurbishments.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to maintain high building standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handling AST tenancy management, including renewals, assignments, arrears management, and reporting.
  • Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and property compliance.
  • Providing professional and responsive communication with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
