The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you will be the face of the community, creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and contractors while ensuring the day-to-day operation of the building runs smoothly. Working as part of a collaborative onsite team, you will build lasting relationships with residents and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional front of house and reception service.
  • Supporting residents throughout their tenancy, from move-in to move-out.
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with care and professionalism.
  • Coordinating parcel management, resident amenities and building bookings.
  • Supporting lettings activity and property inspections.
  • Liaising with contractors and internal teams to maintain excellent building standards.
  • Assisting with resident events that encourage engagement and community spirit.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational reporting.
