We are seeking a Resident Assistant to join a leading build to rent operator in South East London. This role sits at the heart of a vibrant community, where you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring they feel at home and supported throughout their time with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming residents and visitors with a professional, approachable, and friendly manner.
- Assisting with resident queries, maintenance requests, and day-to-day needs to create a seamless living experience.
- Supporting property management operations to ensure high standards across all buildings and communal areas.
- Building positive relationships with residents, local partners, and colleagues to foster a strong community.
- Supporting pre-move-in and move-out processes, helping residents settle in smoothly.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries and maintain service excellence.
- Assisting with community events and social activities to enhance resident engagement.
- Being on hand to cover across other developments and being front desk for residents and guests.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, tourism, residential management, or customer service.
- A warm and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life.
- A proactive team player who is well-presented, reliable, and professional.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Awareness of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- IT literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel experience desirable).
- ARLA or AIRPM qualification is an advantage but not essential.
