Cobalt are currently assisting one of the Build to Rent industry’s leading businesses in their search for a front of house hire, for a luxurious BTR development in West London. For this position, the company will ideally want a professional background in either property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service. You will be a pivotal member of the site/front of house team, ensuring that residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the company standard, and the team works as one. This role will report to the Community Manager, providing an exceptional resident experience through delivery of first-class customer service.
