The Role
You’ll have accountability for multiple energy programmes, guiding projects from early feasibility through to live operation. Working closely with clients, delivery partners, and network stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with commercial objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence across the wider business.
Core Duties
- Take full ownership of rooftop renewable projects from initial assessment to final commissioning.
- Direct and coordinate multi-technology portfolios including solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivery partners, and grid authorities.
- Ensure programmes are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance and maximise financial and operational outcomes across project portfolios.
- Contribute to long-term planning and ensure delivery activity supports broader business strategy.
Your Background
- Proven experience in the renewable energy sector, with strong expertise in rooftop solar PV (essential), alongside battery storage and EV infrastructure.
- Solid track record in project, programme, or construction leadership roles.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing contracts, costs, and multiple stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Detail-focused, quality-driven, and comfortable managing complex delivery environments.
- Proactive, driven, and well suited to a high-growth, evolving business.
