Real Estate Investment Analyst – leading global Investment Management firm
Location: London, West End
About the Role:
- I am supporting a leading global Investment Management firm in their search for an Investment Analyst.
- The Investment team is responsible for execution £bns of transactions across UK, and work across the life-cycle – from screening, analysis, execution, and asset management. This is a lean and collaborative team, albeit with institutional capital and immense exposure to transactions – with billions completed to date this year.
- As part of this growth, they are now seeking an Investment Analyst to join them, to support in executing a further >£1bn in investments through 2025.
- The Analyst will be a key member of a small and dynamic team throughout the full life cycle of a deal, thereby gaining comprehensive experience across a variety of acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing appraisals through Excel to analyse investments
- Prepare pro forma cash flow models for all stages of the real estate cycle.
- Participate in the structuring, due diligence, and legal process of transactions.
- Participate also in asset management functions such as assisting in the review of monthly performance, conducting variance analysis, and joining monthly operator calls
- Present to Senior Leading through weekly investment committee meetings
