We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a school refurbishment project in Reading.

Start: Monday 24th August

Duration: 2 weeks

Location: Reading

Project: School refurbishment

The role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring works remain on programme and are delivered to the required quality.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid First Aid
  • Strong site management experience
  • Refurbishment experience preferred
  • Previous experience working on education/school projects would be beneficial
  • DBS or Enhanced DBS highly desirable due to the nature of the project

This would suit a reliable Site Manager who is available immediately for a short-term freelance assignment.
