Cobalt is partnering with a leading property management organisation to appoint an Estates Manager for a multi-occupied business park environment. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative onsite team within a fast-paced estate setting, supporting the day-to-day management of the park and delivering a high standard of occupier experience. The role / responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day operational management of the business park.
- Managing contractor and supplier performance across the estate.
- Supporting compliance, health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitoring planned preventative maintenance and property works programmes.
- Assisting with service charge budgeting, expenditure monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting occupier engagement initiatives, meetings and customer experience activities.
- Managing permit to work processes and contractor controls across site.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and environmental management plans.
- Preparing operational reports and supporting wider building management administration.
- Working closely with onsite teams, occupiers and external stakeholders to maintain high operational standards.
Skills needed / requirements:
- Working knowledge of property or estate management within commercial environments.
- Experience managing contractors and service partners.
- Understanding of service charge budgeting and operational expenditure management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage workload within a fast-paced operational environment.
- IOSH qualification is essential.
- IWFM membership would be advantageous.
